许多乐迷在选购音源CD机或音频解码器时都难免目迷五色,无从下手,那么有没有一盘能不借助于仪器就能试出器材性能的试金石呢?回答是肯定的,由喇叭花唱片推出的《My Disc》又名(我的碟)就是这样应该人手一张的猛碟,它不仅用于挑选音源,还用于整个音响系统的甄别和最后的摆位调校以及煲机和练耳,被誉为发烧友人人必备的利器.
“喇叭花”公司简介:
在20世纪70年代至80年代初,有一家美国小型发烧录音公司在发烧界真称得上是无人不晓,这家公司首创一种叫做“直刻LP”(direct-cut LP)的技术,即录音时不经过母带做中介,而是直接将来自麦克风的信号输送到刻片机上,这样生产出来的LP拥有最自然、最真实的音质效果,而且由于产量的稀少,这些直刻LP成为发烧友梦寐以求的发烧珍藏品。现今存世的直刻LP,在拍卖市场上均已被炒到天价,而这数十个“直刻”录音,几乎都被TAS天碟榜列入榜中,代表了人类录音技术达到的顶峰。以“直刻LP”技术名震天下的这家录音公司,就是谢菲尔德实验室(Sheffield Lab),俗称“喇叭花”公司。

Sheffield Lab Recordings Inc 谢菲尔德唱片公司,美国加利福尼亚的一家唱片公司。由钢琴家马约尔加和一位热爱高保真技术的同学创立于1960年代晚期,1970年1月出版第一张唱片。在理念上追求自然、透明,使用传统方式,直接将现场录音制成唱片,一切以“实时”为标准,不加任何编辑修饰。其录音包括了古典音乐、爵士和流行乐,以及试音碟等。品种虽然不多,但音质与音色都达到相当高的水准,一直在高保真标准方面有着非常知名的地位,传统电子学的技术运用到了唱片的各个环节,特别是其“live to two track”技术,吸引了许多艺术家。其出品的《MY DISC》、《The Sheffield Drum Record》等CD,都是发烧友测试音响的常用CD。Sheffield Lab是世界有名的发烧天碟录音公司,他出品的唱片录音效果出色,音质与音色都达到HI-FI境界,非常受到发烧友的欢迎。 本碟一共收入SHEFFIELD LAB代表性录音片段六首,首首都有惊人高保真效果。最令人惊具真实效果是取自TAS上榜名碟THE NAME MAKOWICZ,其重现钢琴与色士风音色之通透已达最高境界。而TRACK5的人声则异常温厚,低音雄浑有力收放自如,是一首好听而又适合试机的好曲子。TRACK6的低音也录得非常出色,不仅潜得低而且录得厚。其余几首也都是非常好的曲子,总的来说这张唱片比较易放耐听性也高。本碟还有数十个片段是帮助你认识和调校自己音响体系。这些片段中最有启发性莫如于TRACK34-40这一段,可以考验音响体系分析低微讯号的能力以及解码器的素质。
